Made in collaboration with our good friends at Westland Distillery up I-5 in Seattle, our first ever release is an exceptional single malt made from a mix of four flavorful barley malts and aged in new American oak barrels.

Limited Release of 2,160 Bottles

TASTING NOTES

A balanced single malt whiskey with notes of toffee, hazelnut, all spice, sandalwood and star fruit.

BATCH No. II

In the Spring of 2017 we set out for Texas to distill Batch No. 3 at Tate & Co. Distillery in Waco. We came back with some incredible whiskey, a killer pair of vintage spurs and a great new friend in Master Distiller Chip Tate.
